With a living space of 320 m2, Villa Caisma features 3 bedrooms furnished with double beds, one located on the ground floor, two on the first floor while the functions (till 6 guests)as a separate studio apartment with a kitchen and a spacious terrace ( from 6 guests). There is a fold-out sofa in one of the bedrooms that provides an extra sleeping arrangement for two children. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with a bathtub, shower enclosure and underfloor heating. In the upstairs bathrooms you can relax in comfortable tubs overlooking the sea. Guests of the villa have a modern fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area and a cozy living room with a fireplace, beer bar and wine bar at their disposal. A beautiful swimming pool (11x4) surrounded by sun loungers and a whirlpool are located in front of the villa, in the 1100 m2 large, fully fenced courtyard. The inner garden features a large barbecue where you can prepare fresh and delicious meals for your family and friends whilst enjoying a glass of cold draught beer. The house provides 5 private parking spaces.

I have been renting high class holiday villas for some 30 years now and this is one of the very best I have experienced. Fantastic quality modern villa with what must be amongst the world's best views. The host Martin was first class in every way. We hope to go back one day.

Unique seafront villa just 10m from the sea with added values for a relaxing stay, very clean and very comfortable.
Our hosts were always on hand and answered all emails very quickly. Sea is crystal clear, great for snorkeling,paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming. We absolutely loved staying at Villa ...
