On the upper level, a panoramic rooftop terrace features a private hot tub with spectacular views of the sea and Mount Vesuvius — perfect for unwinding at sunset. Accessible from the living area, a covered veranda includes a dining table, wood-fired oven, and BBQ, ideal for open-air meals at any time of day. Elegant interiors over two floors Inside, the villa is refined and beautifully appointed, with premium finishes and custom décor. The ground floor features a stylish living room with a fireplace, piano, and dining area for 10, along with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. The first floor, accessible via 16 steps, includes four en-suite double bedrooms, each with a private terrace and sea views, offering both privacy and comfort for every guest. Please note that, for safety reasons, external catering or staff are not permitted.
Only the villa’s in-house chef and approved personnel are allowed to operate on-site.
