The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: Accessible via outside staircase. - Living room with sofa, armchair, TV and wood-burning stove. - Dining area - Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ... - Laundry room with fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. - WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (160x190), en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: double bed (160x190) - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x190) - Bathroom with bathtub. - Separate WC Outside : - South-facing courtyard and 500 m² enclosed garden The house is ideally located in Pléneuf, at the foot of the shops in the village of Pléneuf-Val-André: restaurant, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdressers, ready-to-wear store, bar-tabac, veterinary surgeon. Logement très agréable, belle découverte, très propre dans un cadre calme tout en étant proche de toutes commodités. Maison surprenante, très spacieuse et décoré avec goût : on se sent comme chez nous ! Nous reviendrons certainement !
Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und hätten unseren Aufenthalt sehr gerne verlängert

Sehr schön grosszügige gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großem, schönem Garten und sehr schöne Sonnenterrasse sehr zentral gelegen in Pleneufe. Zugang zum Haus über die dazu gehörige Garage. Alles was man braucht, fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Diverse Strände sind in der Nähe, wir sind allerdings meistens hin gefahren.
Wir wohnen Zuhause etwas ruhiger, dafür aber nicht so zentral.
