Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specializing in holiday rentals since 2005.
Enjoy this **3-bedroom apartment** with capacity for 6 people, located on the seventh floor offering beautiful views of the sea and the city.
Although not directly on the beach, you'll be at the nearby wide beaches in just a few minutes, such as Mezquitilla Beach, only 500 meters away. 🌊 The 85 m² accommodation, furnished with taste and modern style, features a spacious and bright living-dining room with large windows opening onto a 45 m² terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and an awning to protect you from sun and humidity, making it a perfect space for breakfast or lunch while admiring the sunrises and the tranquility of the surroundings. 🌅🍽️ The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer, making it easy to prepare all kinds of meals without complications. 🍳☕ The apartment has three bedrooms, all with double beds and wardrobes for storing your luggage.
One of them has direct access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, ideal for the comfort and privacy of families with children.
Additionally, there is another full bathroom with a bathtub, located in the hallway connecting the bedrooms. 🛏️🛁 Among the amenities, highlights include air conditioning with a heat pump throughout the apartment and free WiFi connection to keep you always connected. 📶❄️ The community has very well-maintained and updated facilities, including a communal pool with seasonal availability, which you can check with the agency.

Lejligheden var rigtig god til prisen. Vi boede 6 personer i 12 dage i lejligheden. Dog virkede det ene toilet og det varme vand ikke ved ankomsten, men det blev ordnet hurtigt uden problemer. Den ene seng var meget hård, og der var ikke så mange redskaber i køkkenet, men alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med lejlighed, beliggenhed og pool. Billeder og virkelighed stemte godt overens.
