La casa si trova vicino sia a Numana che a Sirolo, raggiungibili comodamente. Purtroppo non è ben arieggiata, anche se fortunatamente le temperature non erano elevate, all'interno della casa si soffriva il caldo (anche di notte) a causa della mancanza di aria condizionata. Molto bella la posizione con terrazzo vista mare e a pochi metri dal centro e la spiaggia raggiungibile a 5 minuti a piedi. Locali, bar di ogni tipo in pochi metri. Tutto a portata senza prendere mezzi. L'appartamento è grande e ben posizionato. C'è stata un po' di confusione nel trovare l'appartamento poiché i civici delle vie non corrispondono con quelli che risultano sulla prenotazione.

L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e con un grande balcone. Alla consegna delle chiavi alla fine del soggiorno mi hanno regalato una bottiglia di vino. Inoltre, mi hanno consegnato un kit di benvenuto con carta igienica, spugna, detersivo per lavare i piatti e un panno per pulire a terra. Tuttavia, non c'era uno strofinaccio per la cucina.
