This charming rustic house is located in a privileged setting in Sóller, surrounded by lemon trees and nature, and offers beautiful sea views.
Its secluded and peaceful location makes it an ideal place to disconnect and enjoy the most authentic Mallorca. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with capacity for up to 6 people.
It has 1 double bed and 4 single beds, making it a comfortable option for both families and groups of friends. The living area and kitchen have air conditioning, whilst the bedrooms are equipped with fans.
During the colder months, the house has electric heating and a cosy fireplace in the lounge. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso capsule coffee maker and all the utensils necessary to prepare meals during your stay. Outside, the property offers a large private garden of approximately 5,000 m², surrounded by lemon trees and with different spaces to enjoy the surroundings.
The terrace, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, is perfect for relaxing outdoors, enjoying a meal with company or simply taking in the views and tranquillity of the surroundings. The house has private outdoor parking with capacity for up to 3 vehicles. Due to its rural and secluded location, access to the property is via narrow roads and can be somewhat difficult, especially for large vehicles or for drivers not accustomed to this type of roads.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit 3 Schlafzimmern, davon eins für mehr Privatspähre etwas abgelegener, traumhaften Blick, sehr schönen und großen Pool, abgelegen vom Troubel des Tourismus.
In 15 Minuten ist man am Meer an einem abgelegenen Steinzugang, der zum Schnorcheln einläd. Leider am Wochenende etwas voll.
