The exposed stone walls, both outside and inside, render the ground floor living room particularly characteristic.
All the rooms have a convenient French window leading directly out to the garden or to the fully-equipped solarium where you can relax in the surrounding greenery.
The top floor is dedicated to the sleeping area where each bedroom has a window with a breathtaking view.
Located in Moncioni, an old castle, Podere Belvedere offers an opportunity for guests to stroll through the characteristic alleys of the small borgo and for hikers,to explore different routes between spectacular castles and typical borghi, all surrounded by nature.
On the border between Valdarno and Chianti, the property allows you to move around easily to visit numerous places such as Arezzo, Siena, Florence and to organise tastings of typical products and the renowned wine of Chianti. The floor is completed by a double bedroom and the laundry room.
French windows in the living rooms and kitchen lead out to the solarium and the furnished portico on the pool side.
From the entrance hall, a 14-step wooden staircase leads up to the top floor with two double bedrooms served by a bathroom with hydromassage tub. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Park: The house is surrounded by greenery.
The well-kept garden, of about 900 sq m, is adorned with cypresses, olive trees, herbs such as rosemary, beautiful roses and fruit trees, in particular an enormous kiwi.
The portico, with a beautiful view over the surrounding valley, is the ideal place for al fresco meals and is equipped with table and chairs.
The barbecue is located next to the swimming pool.
The property is completely fenced. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
