This villa will enchant you with its warmth and Istrian stone style. You will be impressed by the exterior, with its carefully landscaped garden and private pool. The villa is divided into two floors and can accommodate a total of 6 people. The ground floor of the villa has a living room, a kitchen, a dining room with an exit to the terrace and garden. Enter the beautiful manicured garden of Villa Hisina where you have the private pool with the sun loungers to relax. The covered tavern with outdoor kitchen and dining table and built-in grill will make you dream of freshly prepared delicious dishes.
The house is perfect for a great family vacation in a quiet place but not too far from the sights, beaches and all other attractions. Villa Hisina is waiting for you! Villa Hisina is located in the village of Baderna, 10 km east of the town of Porec on the west coast of Istria. Baderna is a small former Roman village close to larger tourist centers like Porec (10 km) and Novigrad (23 km), which are definitely worth a visit.
The beaches are only a few minutes drive from the villa near Porec. In the village of Baderna you will find cafes, restaurants and small shops. If you are traveling with children, visit the Istralandia water park, just a 20-minute drive from the villa. Look for wine and olive oil trails in the area and taste valuable local Istrien products.

... inmitten eines kleinen istrischen Dorfes. Das von außen sehr unscheinbare Anwesen entpuppte sich beim Öffnen des Tores als kleines Paradies: Ein wunderschöner Hof/Garten, großer Pool, tolle Außenküche, die wir täglich genutzt haben.
