This deceptively spacious, two bedroom annexe in Perrancoombe has a private garden and is just a short walk from the beach.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk (Double On Bottom, Single Above) Beds
Shower Room: Double Shower, Toilet.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Travel cot and highchair available on request.
Enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture.
Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.

Just a short walk away, turning right from the property leads to a large tennis club where you can book courts for a small fee (don’t forget your rackets!). Nearby, a well-equipped play area caters to children of all ages with basketball, a football pitch, and table tennis facilities.
Further along, discover the picturesque duck pond surrounded by benches and rowing boats filled with flowers, along with a charming island featuring a delightful waterfall. In the village, local shops, restaurants, takeaways, and cafés offer a diverse range of cuisines, from traditional fish and chips to hearty roast dinners, ensuring something to suit every taste.
