Ob Du alleine, zu zweit, mit Freunden, oder deiner Familie, in meiner erst 2023 neu renovierten, 120 qm großen Ferienwohnung, mit neuem Badezimmer und neuer Badewanne, neuer Küche, 3 neuen Schlafzimmern, das dritte Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Kinderbettchen ausgestattet, einem großem Wohnzimmer mit großem neuem Schlafsofa und neuem 50 Zoll Fernseher, sowie in allen Zimmern mit großen Fenstern, schöner Terrasse mit bis zu 6 Stühlen, einem Tisch und einem Liegestuhl, mit tollem Ausblick, zu Gast sein möchtest und das nur 5 Minuten vom schönem Rothenburg o.d.T. entfernt. Ihr seid herzlich willkommen.

Hier noch die Hausordnung, die sie auch auf dem Wohnzimmertisch, noch etwas ausführlicher vorfinden:
Wenn Sie ankommen und es draußen, schon dunkel sein sollte, befindet sich rechts neben dem Briefkasten ein brauner Lichtschalter. Das Licht geht danach zwar nach 3 Minuten wieder aus, aber Sie können, wenn Sie länger brauchen würden, diesen immer wieder betätigen. Nun das wichtigste, falls es brennt. Der zweite Fluchtweg befindet sich im Wohnzimmer, durch die Balkontür, über die Terrasse hier im Erdgeschoss. Einen Feuerlöscher finden Sie gleich links neben der Wohnungstür. Falls Sie die Heizungen in den verschiedenen Räumen benötigen, möchte ich Sie darum bitten diese vor dem auschecken wieder auszumachen.
Im Wohnzimmer, rechts in dem Lowboard, finden Sie einen Verbandskasten. Waschmittel, Weichspüler und Essig, sowie Handtücher, finden Sie links hinter der Badezimmertür. Einen Föhn, Waschlappen und Klopapier in dem Schränkchen, links neben dem Waschtrockner.
Wichtiger Hinweis zur Nutzung des Wasserkochers: 1.Bitte befüllen Sie das Gerät ab minimal 0,5 Liter (MIN) und bis maximal 1,7 Liter – Markierung (MAX) 2. Achten Sie darauf das der Deckel beim Kochen fest geschlossen ist. Wenn ein Wasserkocher überfüllt wird, schaltet sich die automatische Abschaltung aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht ab 3. Bitte bleiben Sie während des Kochvorgangs immer in der Nähe des Geräts und ziehen Sie nach der Nutzung zu Ihrer eigen Sicherheit den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. Vielen Dank für ihr Verständnis !
Bitte ziehen Sie, falls ein Sturm aufkommt und falls der Sonnenschirm aufgespannt ist und ich nicht zu Hause sein sollte, (was wirklich sehr selten vor kommt), diesen aus der Halterung und stellen Sie ihn mit mit den Stühlen in die Werkstatt, hinter der Garage (dunkelbraune Tür) und drehen sie den Gartentisch mit den Beinen nach oben, so das die Tischplatte unten ist und sich der Wind nicht darin fangen kann.
Ein Bügeleisen, Zewa und Spülschwämme sind unter dem Geschirrspülbecken. Rechts in der Schublade befindet sich das Besteck. Bitte hinterlassen Sie das Geschirr sauber, ziehen Sie bitte die Betten und Spannbettüberzüge ab und trennen Sie Ihre Abfälle. Behälter für Restmüll, Papier, Pfandflaschen, leere Dosen und Flaschen sowie Plastik, finden Sie wie auch und (falls mal was daneben geht), Putzzeug, gleich links, in dem kleinen Zimmer neben der Küchenzeile.

Whether you are alone, as a couple, with friends or your family, in my 120 square meter holiday apartment. With a new bathroom , a new kitchen, 3 new bedrooms, the third betdroom is equipped with a new cot, large new living room with large new sofa bed and new 50 inch television in the living room as well as in all rooms with large windows, a beautiful terrace with up to 6 chairs , a table and a check chair, a great view, only 5 minutes from beautiful Rothenburg o.d.T. away, you are very welcome here.

HERE ARE THE HOUSE RULES
Please read these house rules carefully first. They are always on the living room table so you know where to find everything and how things work.
If you arrive and it is already dark outside, there is a brown light switch to the right of the mailbox. The light will turn off after 3 minutes, but you can press it again if you need more time.Now, the most important information in case of a fire. The second escape route is through the living room balcony door, via the terrace here on the ground floor. You will find a fire extinguisher immediately to the left of the apartment door. If you use the heaters in the various rooms, I kindly ask you to turn them off before checking out.In the living room, in the lowboard on the right, you will find a first aid kit. Detergent, fabric softener, and vinegar, as well as towels, can be found on the left behind the bathroom door. A hairdryer, washcloths, and toilet paper are in the small cabinet to the left of the washer-dryer.
Importent Note on Kitchen Use. 1. Please fill the appliance with a minimum of 0,5 liters (MIN) and up to a maximum of 1,7 liters (MAX mark). 2. Ensure that the lid is compleletely closed while boiling water. If the kettle is overfilled or the lid is left open, the automatic shut-off feature will not trigger. 3. For your owm safety, please never leave the kettle unattended while boiling water and always unplug it from the wall socket immediately after use. Thank you very much for your understanding !
If you want to wash your laundry using the washer-dryer, pull out the drawer on the top left. Pour one cap of detergent into the far left compartment, one cap of fabric softener into the middle compartment, and about 50 ml of vinegar into the far right compartment. Then put the laundry into the drum and turn the dial to the right to: Express Super - Express 14. Next, click on the display on the right to set it to 60 degrees and 1400 rpm. The display on the right must then show 58 minutes. After that, please press START. When the laundry is finished, place it into the condenser dryer located on the front right next to the refrigerator, before the kitchen. Set it to "Extra Dry" on the right and then press START on the bottom right of the display. The condenser dryer only takes 2 hours, whereas the washer-dryer would take 8 hours to dry the clothes.
If a storm blows up while the parasol is open and I happen not to be home( which happens very, very rarely), please remove it from its holder and place it – along with the chairs- in tge workshop behind the garage ( the dark brown door) also, turn the garden table upside down so that the tabletop faces the ground and the wind cannot catch underneath it An iron, paper towels (Zewa), and dish sponges are under the kitchen sink. The cutlery is in the drawer on the right. Please leave the dishes clean and separate your waste. Bins for general waste, paper, deposit bottles, as well as empty cans, bottles, and plastics can be found immediately to the left in the small room next to the kitchenette. You will also find cleaning supplies there (in case of any spills). Please leave the dishes clean where you found them and, if possible, strip the beds.
If you would like to go out for a meal, I can recommend Gasthaus Adler or Gasthaus Lamm right here in Gebsattel, as well as the "Molkerei" in Rothenburg. There you can eat many different dishes, good and cheap, also on a terrace, and you can park directly in front of the restaurant. You can have breakfast at "Brothaus" every day, including Sundays, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, also outdoors. You can also get a good meal at "Unter den Linden". It is very beautiful there, and you can watch the splashing of the Tauber river. While you are there, you can also drive up the hill right next to it; from the "Engelsburg", you will have a beautiful panoramic view of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. A visit to the Castle Garden (Burggarten) will also certainly be an unforgettably beautiful experience for you. You can find the opening hours of the restaurants on the internet and the directions via Google Maps. If you need a taxi, I will give you three differnt phone : 1. Taxi Ebert : 09861/7227 2.
