Moreover, its location at the lower end of the pools ensures a quieter ambiance compared to the units directly overlooking the pool.
Instead, guests can delight in scenic garden views. Accessed via a single flight of stairs, the apartment resides on the first floor.
Two large fans, combined with refreshing breezes flowing through the expansive patio doors and the spaciousness of the apartment, keep the interior pleasantly cool.
Each of the bedrooms is furnished with two comfortable single beds, while the master bedroom boasts a balcony adorned with two inviting sun loungers.
A second balcony connected to the living area features a patio table and chairs, providing an ideal spot for alfresco dining. Entertainment needs are met with a generously sized flat-screen TV offering an array of satellite channels.
The living area is tastefully furnished with a sofa bed, a second sofa, and a convenient coffee table.
The fully equipped kitchen ensures a seamless culinary experience, complete with a fridge, separate freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, and other essential amenities.
Additionally, the bathroom features a bath/shower combination, wash hand basin, WC, and a washing machine, catering to guests' comfort and convenience. The guest will be charged a prepayment of or the total price of the reservation anytime. Please double check with us on the payment schedule. No groups of all males or all females. Lead guest must be 25 years or older. We can offer beach towels for €2,50 each. Please note due to new legal regulations in Spain, the owner of this property may require some personal information from guests, including but not limited to the following: copies of passports for all the guests, the guests' home address, mobile telephone number and email address.
Also, if children aged 18 years or younger are included in the party, we will need to know the relationship of the children to one adult member of the party.

Property nice and clean, plenty of room. Fan in every room. Close to all local amenities. Easy to access on arrival. Have stayed here on mare verde 4 times in past 2 years, love it
