The Old Greengrocers is a charming cottage, nestled in the heart of Shaldon, Devon, just a short stroll from local shops, three welcoming pubs, a couple cafes, a coffee shop and the stunning coastline.
Perfect for families or groups of friends, this delightful retreat offers a quintessential seaside experience.
The cottage was a greengrocers that has been lovingly restored and refurbished. Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a tastefully decorated open-plan area, which houses the kitchen, dining room, and sitting room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table.
After dinner, retire to the sitting room, where you can relax and unwind in front of the TV. The property boasts two well-presented bedrooms, a double and a twin, both offering a peaceful space to rest after a day of seaside adventures.
The sofa is a sofa bed in the living area.
The bathroom is sleek and stylish, featuring a bath with a shower over, a basin, and a WC, providing everything you need to freshen up each day. Additionally, there is a handy ground floor cloakroom with a basin and WC, adding an extra layer of convenience to your stay. Outside, you will find a rear enclosed courtyard complete with furniture, providing a private space to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink.

Outside, there is a rear enclosed courtyard with furniture and parking in public car parks, payable on site. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub, and river 0.1 miles, beach 0.6 miles.
