Villa Amelie consists of 6 bedrooms and is situated in the prestigious zone of Miami Playa - Pino Alto. In the garden you will find pine, fruit trees and ornamental plants. The house has a brick barbecue and garden furniture. The villa is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable stay and has a garage with direct access into the house.
Villa Amelie is located on a plot of 520 m2 and has a construction area of 280m2.
The garden of the house has pine trees, fruit trees and the ornamental plants in front of the house. The villa has direct access to the barbecue area with garden furniture. This area is in the shade of pine trees.
On the ground floor there are: living room with upholstered furniture, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with three single beds, bathroom, large balcony with a mountain view.
On the first floor there are a bedroom with a double bed and with a view to the mountains from the window and a bedroom with a double bed and a view into the garden, terrace with mountain views, garden furniture on the terrace, bathroom.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and mirrors.
On the underground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bathrooms with a shower.
Air conditioners are in the rooms on the first floor and on the stairs.
The house has a wireless internet connection in all rooms.
The house has an alarm with photo detectors. A photo is taken in the case of the alarm. It does not record video.
Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 8-10 min. walking distance from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.

La casa tiene una amplitud adecuada para 13 personas y está muy bien equipada y decorada para disfrutar
Pondríamos mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, pero sobre todo en la -1 por estar a ras de suelo para evitar mosquitos y otros bichos.
