The apartment is located in Gaggi, a charming village in the province of Messina, on the east coast of Sicily.
Its central location makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful region of eastern Sicily.
Popular destinations such as Taormina and Giardini Naxos are just a short drive away, and Catania is about an hour's drive from the village.
Whether you're drawn to the rich history, natural beauty or cultural experiences, Gaggi offers an authentic Sicilian atmosphere.
Please note that there is no private parking available. Inside, you will be greeted by a hallway that leads to the right, where you will find the kitchen and living area.
The living room has a double sofa bed in front of a cabinet with a smart TV, perfect for relaxing moments.
To the right, there is a dining area with a table, while the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, oven, PC, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. Continuing down the hallway, the next door on the right leads to the first bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and fresh bed linen. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top. There is also a wardrobe in this room. Opposite the hall is the bathroom with WC, bidet, shower, sink, washing machine and linen. The surrounding countryside is a haven for nature lovers, with a network of hiking and walking trails that wind through lush forests and rolling hills.
In addition, the proximity of the Alcantara River Park offers the opportunity to explore unique river gorges and enjoy various outdoor activities. Gaggi boasts a rich history, with origins dating back to Arab influences in the 9th century.
A notable historical site is the ancient Borgo Cavallaro, a deserted village that adds a touch of mystery to the area. Taormina, located about 12 km to the east, is famous for its stunning beaches, ancient ruins and the renowned Teatro Greco.
Messina, approximately 60 km to the north, offers a rich blend of history, culture and picturesque waterfront views.
Catania, approximately 55 km to the southwest, is known for its historic architecture, lively markets and breathtaking views of Mount Etna.
