Welcome to this home managed by Valras’Loc! This comfortable house for up to 6 guests is located in a quiet residence just 600 m from the beach.
It offers a lovely outdoor area with terrace and barbecue, an air-conditioned living room, and a private parking space. REF: 169 Guests have access to the entire property.

"• Non-smoking accommodation • Baby equipment available on request • Private terrace, ideal for summer meals • Please respect the residence rules • Not accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM) • Cleaning is included Security deposit required • Security deposit required • A security deposit will be required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation from 150 EUR depending on the property. • You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in • This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit • If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property" ----- Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay.
The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress.

Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required.

The accommodation includes: • Approx. 60 m² • 2 bedrooms with 140 cm double beds • Living room with sofa bed (if applicable – to be confirmed) • Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, refrigerator, crockery • Shower room with toilet • Separate toilet on the ground floor • Air conditioning in the living room • Spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue • Private parking space • Single-storey or two-level layout (to be confirmed)

L' efficacité de Tiphaine et de Maeva pour faire le ménage en un temps record pour nous faire attendre le moins possibe
L' imprecision du lieu de la location. La personne chargée de nous accueillir ne savait pas où le pavillon se trouvait. Nous avons cherché pendant une 1/2 heure.
