Welcome to this property managed by Valras’Loc! Enjoy a spacious house with fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking and a shared pool, located 900 metres from the beach and town centre.
Set in a quiet residence, it’s ideal for a relaxing family holiday. REF: 166 Guests have access to the entire property. Self check-in possible with a connected key box, or personalised welcome depending on your arrival time. Private garage on the ground floor and the possibility to park a second vehicle in the residence. Good to know: a road must be crossed to access the pool. "• Baby equipment and other services can be booked as paid extras (see available options) • Cleaning and assistance included via Valras’Loc concierge • Pool closed outside the summer season • Non-smoking accommodation • Pets allowed • Parties not allowed – this is a very quiet residence, please respect the property and neighbours • Not wheelchair accessible Security deposit required • Security deposit required • A security deposit will be required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation from 150 EUR depending on the property. • You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in • This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit • If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property" ----- Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay.
