Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Pigalle, is just a 2-minute walk. CDG airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Kindly note that completing the mandatory requirement of signing the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay.

Teniendo en cuenta que estuvimos en ola de calor otro ventilador y un poco mas potente hubiera venido bien. También otra toalla de manos ya que solo había una para cuatro personas y 5 días
Tutto sommato a casa spaziosa. Era abbastanza pulita, non perfetto

La zona è abbastanza tranquilla, anche se pur in centro di grossi codomini.
La difficoltà di prendere la chiave.
E non c'è nessuna ti consegna l'appartamento. Le finestre nel bagno e nelle camere non si possono aprire su due camere.

Tegenover het appartement is een nachtclub die in de nacht regelmatig overlast geeft door luidruchtige gasten die de club verlaten (tot ca 10 uur in de ochtend).
De pannen in de keuken werken niet allemaal op de kookplaat. Ook na melding probleem niet opgelost. Geen goede service !
