Cocoonr is offering this holiday home for rent in Grospierres, featuring shared swimming pools, with a floor area of 52 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests.
It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living room with a TV, sofas and a dining area - An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A shower room The two sofas in the living area can be used as extra beds if required. Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (which can be pushed together) - Bedroom 3: a bunk bed - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet Outside: - An 18 m² wooden terrace, facing north-west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days - Shared, unheated swimming pools (a 350 m² outdoor lap pool, a Californian-style pool and a paddling pool) and a 650 m² aquatic area shared by the residence, open from July to August. The house is ideally situated in Grospierres, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Free within the holiday complex: aquatic centre, outdoor swimming pools, fitness sessions, playground, multi-sports ground, beach volleyball - Activities available for a fee within the holiday complex: mini-golf, tennis, cinema, horse riding, bowling Nearby: - Chauvet Cave: 20 km; Cocalière Cave: 20 mins - Ardèche motorised leisure activities: 2 km (quad biking) - Canoeing on the Chassezac (16 km) or through the Ardèche Gorge: 18 km - Tree-top adventure course - Explore the ‘Villages de Caractère’ (charming villages): Balazuc, Voguë, Banne, Labeaume… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the outdoor car park, 150 m from the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway stations: Chamborigaud, approximately 28 km away, or Valence TGV, approximately 112 km away - Nearest airport: Avignon-Provence, situated approximately 76 km away Other notes: - Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay (only one small pet permitted); please specify this when booking - Bed linen and towels included - Swimming areas: parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
