Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows over two floors: Ground floor: - A 65 m² living area comprising a lounge/dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… The two large bay windows open onto the terrace. - A utility room with storage space, a clothes horse, a washing machine and a tumble dryer - A separate toilet Upstairs - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) and a walk-in wardrobe - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a desk - Bedroom 3: a master suite (queen-size bed 160x200), an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a walk-in wardrobe - Bedroom 4: a double bed (140x200) and a cot - An office area, ideal for working from home, with a double sofa bed for two people - A family bathroom with bath and shower, and twin washbasins - A separate toilet Outdoors: - A lovely 300 m² garden + a terrace of approximately 90 m² with several areas to enjoy the sunny days: a dining area with a large table and barbecue, a relaxation area with garden furniture, sun loungers, a swimming pool and a hot tub. - Private, heated outdoor swimming pool, open between May and September (opening periods subject to weather conditions) - Jacuzzi available all year round - And for the children: trampoline, climbing frame… For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board. The house is ideally situated in Sainghin-en-Mélantois, in a very pleasant private housing estate (a 2-minute drive from the Décathlon Arena stadium). You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities - Stadium 2 minutes’ drive away (concerts, matches) - Riding centre 2 minutes’ drive away - A lovely woodland 5 minutes away for a jog - Parc de la Haute Borne 5 minutes away for children Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house’s garage.
There are 2 outdoor parking spaces. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: To get to Lille by metro, head to the 4 Cantons station.
