Villa Corallo is located in Terrasini in the precinct of Palermo in western Sicily.
It is 3 km from the sea and from the city center where you will find supermarket, restaurants, shops, etc.
Thanks to the owners, who have designed and structured it, the villa features a mix of colors, light and flares, making you feel at home.
It is characterised by a modern style and it develops on one floor.
The building that features a predominance of white color is surrounded by a lush garden characterised by the typical Mediterranean vegetation.
Inside we find a large living area which comprises living room, dining room and kitchen creating an open-plan space, emphasised by the natural concrete floor and the large windows that redefine the interior space so that it becomes one with the outside. It allows you to enjoy the pool view and it seems as if it extends into the living area.
An elegant style is also evident in details, art pieces carefully arranged to emphasise the decorative impact and design furniture. The villa has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom recalls the essential and refined style that distinguishes every room. The bathroom has a particular shower/bath tub, always made with natural cement and it gives the place an exotic and elegant note at the same time.
Outside there is the swimming pool (16 x 8 meters) equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and In a corner of the garden, the BBQ area surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation and in the dining area you can enjoy delicious Sicilian dishes immersed in nature.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay: 5 nights, 7 nights in high season, changeover day: flexible.
The price includes consumption of gas, water, towels, bed linen, final cleaning and electricity.
High chair and cot are available under prior request.
For check-in after 21:00 a surcharge of 20 Euros will be applied. The amount must be paid on site.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Verweilen! Die Einrichtung war charmant und die Küche komplett ausgestattet, sodass Kochen zum Kinderspiel wurde. Die Kinder liebten den Garten, und wir alle genossen das Grillen auf der Terrasse. Sehr familienfreundlich und ein toller Ort für einen Urlaub.

Un posto incantevole dove soggiornare! L'arredamento era affascinante e la cucina era completamente attrezzata, il che ha reso la cucina un gioco da ragazzi, I bambini adoravano lo spazio del giardino e tutti noi abbiamo apprezzato il barbecue sulla terrazza, Molto adatto alle famiglie e un ottimo posto per una vacanza

So riesig und sauber! Der Grillplatz im Freien ist genial, und die Terrasse ist perfekt für Selfies im Sonnenuntergang. Es liegt in der Nähe von Restaurants und dem Nachtleben, fühlt sich aber trotzdem wie ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort an. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die eine Auszeit brauchen.
