This lovely apartment is perfect for families or a small group of friends.
It's a 9th floor front line to the Mar Menor, so it has amazing views over the sea, the Salinas and La Manga from all the rooms. It has a spacious living room with american kitchen with access onto a perfect balcony to enjoy the brise and views while you have a glass of wine, two bedrooms, one with double bed and another one with two twins and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has brand new windows that keep the property well insulated from any bad winter weather, noise and also keeps the heat out on the summer.
It also has a centralized aircon system and high speed internet (with fibre optic) It counts with its own private parking space in the underground communal garage and a community pool open the whole year. LOCATION: Located in the development Villa Cristal, in Playa Paraíso, front line to the Mar Menor and next to the unique natural beauty spot of Salinas de Marchamalo (salt mines) Right in front of the building there is a lovely path between the beach and the salt mines, perfect to enjoy a nice walk early in the morning or at sunset.
The area has got many chiringuitos. There are small grocery shops in the area, farmacies, restaurants (Malvasía is a well known restaurant with many gastronomic awards)... Playa Paraíso has also got playgrounds and is very good connected, since it's 1 minute away from the driveway, Cabo de Palos is only 5 minutes driving. If you are looking for a quiet area, a complete apartment and stunning views, here's the best choice! A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included.

La ubicación con vistas inmejorables al Mar Menor y a La Manga, en primera línea de playa y por tanto muy fresquito ahora en verano con la brisa del mar. El apartamento muy bien decorado y equipado con todo lo necesario, cuenta además con garaje subterráneo y piscina.

Otro año en el mismo apartamento,todo correcto ,el aire acondicionado centralizado fantástico,plaza de garaje,en primera linea de playa mirando al mar menor ,con piscina un poco saturada,zona muy familiar sin muchos ruidos por la noche, volveremos.
