Cocoonr is offering this charming, single-storey, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Sauvian.
It has a floor area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 39 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of approximately 417 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 39 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: 2 fridges, an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 6×3 m swimming pool (private, unheated) with an alarm available on request, a see-through fence around the pool area and an outdoor shower.

You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Alfred Nakache Aquatic Centre (swimming pools, water slides, wellness area) - Sauvian Bowling Alley - Kayaking on the River Orb in Sérignan - Multi-sports ground, skatepark, tennis court and boules court in the village - Valras-Plage - Sérignan beaches - Historic sites: Cathedral, Old Bridge, Roman amphitheatre, Fonseranes locks and Allées Paul Riquet (Béziers), oppidum and church (Colombiers), Montady lake (Montady), Roman tower (Nissan), Canal du Midi (Villeneuve-lès-Béziers), church and medieval centre (Sérignan), lighthouse (Vendres) - Vineyard tours (Domaine La Colombette, Château de Raissac, Domaine de la Barthe, Domaine de Pradines le Bas...) - Walks (Gouffre de l’Œil Doux, La Vigie, the Clape massif, a stroll along the Canal du Midi and through the vineyards...)
