Our recently renovated Victorian school is unique, spacious and bright.
You’ll be blown away by gorgeous Victorian architecture and industrial interior design. Inside our summerhouse Annexe, there is a fully equipped kitchen.
The property includes a full-sized bathroom with a shower and bath facilities.
For entertainment, there is a large TV with Netflix. Our annexe faces out onto gorgeous gardens for serene views.
There are also entertaining spaces both inside and outside the property. The harbour town of Fowey is just 100m away This property has two other buildings on the same plot, with a total capacity to sleep up to 24 people! Perfect for large family gatherings! Please have a look at our other listings, and get in touch if you’d like to hire the entire schoolhouse space. We provide self-check-in service.

The Summerhouse annexe is immediately on your right.

It's a 5-minute walk down the hill into Fowey. You'll find a selection of independent shops, fresh local produce and plenty of restaurants and cafes.
You can hire a boat for £20 and travel up and down the famous Fowey waters.
The Eden Project is a short 15-minute drive away.

We had a lovely stay at the Summerhouse, fantastic location and a plus with the parking. Everything was spot on but if I was to be picky a few more hangers would have been good and the bottom 2 drawers were too stiff to use in the bedroom.

Nice enough place to stay but it needs improvements, especially bathroom. TV didn't work half the time. Kitchen and living room were great but the rest needs proper clean and attention to detail.

Delightful garden open plan conversion with bedroom and bathroom off in a private courtyard garden in grounds of larger house. Quiet and comfortable. Private parking close by as is footpath down to shops and harbour. Our dogs loved it and so did we, despite the stormy weather!
