Everything was fine, and the guest services team in particular were very efficient.
The only downside is that the address provided on Google Maps is incorrect. I recommend typing the name of the apartment directly into Google.

The accommodation was clean and easy to reach by car. The weather was cold and we were glad there were some extra thick blankets. On arrival, there was a bottle of water and some pastries waiting for us :)
