The entrance on the ground floor leads to the living room, furnished with a sofa, large Smart TV, dining area, large, well-equipped kitchenette and direct outdoor access, laundry room (washing machine, sink). Mezzanine floor: 1 bathroom with shower.
First floor: 1 bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk bed. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning. Location Villetta Marice is located in a hilly position in a small residential area.
The motorway connection is quickly reachable.
Cultivated countryside surrounds the property.
From the house it is possible to see the famous Fucecchio wildlife marsh, the largest in Europe; it is also possible to go on beautiful excursions with the "Bird Watching" boat and admire the beautiful flamingos. Equipment The house is equipped with wifi internet connection, air conditioning throughout the house, hairdryer and courtesy set in the bathrooms, central heating, baby bed, high chair, parking in the property and outside the property. Facilities The price includes the supply of bed linen, bathroom linen, kitchen linen and pool towels (changed weekly), internet connection, consumption of water, electricity (but not air conditioning), gas, baby bed, high chair.
Upon request it is possible to organize dinners and domestic help. Important information The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Die Unterkunft liegt in schöner Aussichtslage, mit überdachterdachter Terrasse, Pool, Klima gegen Aufpreis und abgeschlossenem Autoabstellplatz. Die Ausstattung mit zwei kleinen Duschbädern und einer vielseitig ausgestatteten Küche sind sehr gut. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Problemen sind die Gastgeber gut erreichbar und zur Stelle bei Problemen.
