Villa il Fienile is characterized by rustic furnishings typical of the area which create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, with attention to the smallest details to provide guests with every comfort.
The entrance on the ground floor leads to the living room, furnished with sofas, large satellite TV and with outdoor access, large and very well equipped kitchen with dining area and direct outdoor access, 1 single bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 service bathroom.
A beautiful internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. 60 meters from the barn, near the reception, is the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) shared with other guests. Location The accommodation is located in a small hamlet in a hilly position with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside.
Lamporecchio is just 3 km from the villa. Facilities Villa il Fienile is equipped with wifi internet connection, air conditioning throughout the house, mosquito nets throughout the house, courtesy set in the bathrooms, central heating, baby bed, high chair, parking on the property. Services The price includes the supply of bed, bathroom, kitchen linen and pool towels (changed weekly), internet connection, consumption of water, electricity, gas, baby bed and high chair (to be requested upon confirmation). On request possibility of domestic help. Important information The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of October. The final cleaning fee must be paid upon check-in by credit card only. For a larger number of guests it is possible to rent, together with Villa il Fienile, the adjacent Villa l'Uliveta, for a total of 13 people and with 2 private swimming pools.

Magnifique demeure même si l'accès est un peau difficile.
Karim est un hôte extraordinaire, attentif, disponible, souriant.

We had a very pleasant week in the house. It is located in a beautiful area, with a very nice view. The normal road to the house was closed down due to heavy rainfall (road was destroyed) but there was an alternative route, that was well indicated on the voucher.

A very beautiful property with magnificent Tuscan views. It's very quiet and the owners are very friendly. We booked the two villas. Both of them are very clean and fully equipped. The property is perfectly located to visit known and less known cities and villages. The nearby restaurant is a perfect choice.
We are planning to come back next year.
