With its whitewashed façade, timber shutters, and warm wooden decking, the villa offers a calm and relaxed atmosphere just a short 25-minute walk from the golden beaches of Sitges. Inside, the ground floor flows seamlessly from open plan living to the pool terrace beyond.
A fireplace adds warmth in cooler months, while sliding glass doors let the sunshine pour in during summer.
The interiors are breezy and comfortable, with five bedrooms spread across two levels, including a versatile garden suite with flexible access.
