Perfect for a family or a group of friends wishing to fully enjoy the Basque Country while having everything within walking distance, it offers a quiet and pleasant setting in the immediate vicinity of Les Halles (the local market), beaches, shops, and restaurants. 🏡 Villa Athena includes: - Kitchen: fully equipped to cook just like at home. - Living room: bright and opening onto the balcony. - Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200 cm) with storage. - Bedroom 2: two bunk beds / single beds (90x200 cm), ideal for children. - Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190 cm) with storage. - Air conditioning: for optimal comfort during the summer. 🧺 Included services - Bed linen and towels provided - End-of-stay cleaning included - Beds made before your arrival - Basic essentials provided 🚗 Parking You will be provided with a parking pass for free access to the Indigo Gare du Midi car park, located about a 5-minute walk from the apartment (maximum height: 1.85m / 6'1"). We recommend dropping off your luggage in front of the accommodation (with your hazard lights on) before going to park your car. 📍 Location Located in the centre of Biarritz, the house enjoys a prime location with easy access to beaches, the city centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport. 💳 Security deposit A €1000 security deposit will be required for the rental.
