Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a shower room.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living area with a TV, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… and a sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a shower and toilet The flat is ideally located in Caen, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Caen Castle 400m away - Abbaye-aux-Hommes at 600m - Botanical Gardens 650m away - Caen Memorial 2.3km away - D-Day landing beaches 46km away - Bayeux and its tapestry 28km away - Mont-Saint-Michel 119km away Transport: If you choose to come by car, paid parking spaces are available near the flat.
Parking is free on Sundays. Please note: due to the weekly market, these spaces are not available on Thursdays from 4.00 am until cleaning operations have finished. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Caen, 2 km away - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 7 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are welcome free of charge.
Only one pet (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - If you are travelling in a group, you can also book the following properties in the same residence: Nadal, Djokovic and Federer (2 guests per property)
