Cocoonr offers this 73 m² triplex air-conditioned apartment for rent in Grospierres, less than 5 minutes from the Chassezac beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A sleeping area with a double sofa bed (140x190)
- A shower room
- Separate toilet
On the first floor:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed (130x190) and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x140)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan.
Outside:
- A heated, shared saltwater swimming pool (5x11m), secured by a fence.
It is open from 1 May to 30 September. - A private 12 m² terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A communal garden of approximately 1,000 m² with a barbecue and garden furniture Le Tripex is ideally located in Grospierres, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche: reconstruction of the famous prehistoric cave - Cocalière cave - Le Cirque de Gens: superb hike with cliffs and views over the Ardèche - Parc Animalier des Gorges de l'Ardèche: animals, educational trails and shaded areas - Ardèche Loisirs Mécaniques: quad bikes, buggies, karting and other motorised activities Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available just 2 minutes from the studio. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - A car is essential - Nearest train station: Montélimar, 55 km away - Nearest airport: Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes, 100 km away Rules for living and sharing common areas : - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (one pet only, cat or dog). Please specify when booking. - In order to preserve the quality of the outside areas for everyone, we would be grateful if you would systematically pick up after your pet during your stay. - For the comfort and respect of all guests, pets are not permitted in the shared swimming pool area. - To ensure everyone's safety, especially that of children, the access gate to the shared pool area must be kept closed after each use. - A barbecue is available in the communal areas.
Please clean it carefully after each use so that everyone can enjoy it in the best possible conditions. - As the outside areas are shared, please ensure that everyone is comfortable and quiet.
Music is welcome at a reasonable volume, but is not permitted near the shared swimming pool. - All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices are indicative and subject to change. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
A flat-rate supplement may be applied. - If you are a group, you can also book the following accommodation in the same Residence "Grospierres": Le Mas (15 travellers), Les Magnans (5 travellers), Le Studio (4 travellers), La Soie (4 travellers), Le Cocon (4 travellers) and Le Mûrier (10 travellers).
