Please note that this is a private property, so we ask that you take care of it as if it were your own. By bus, STCP and Transdev offer several lines in the area with comprehensive coverage to Porto and Matosinhos. By car, the VCI (Via de Cintura Interna) and the A3 motorway are easily accessible, allowing quick connections to Porto (around 10 minutes), Braga (around 30 minutes) and northern Portugal. Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (Porto) is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area. This is a self-check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bags. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when sofa bed is not included). Everything was absolutely lovely. The room was small but very practical. It had everything you need for a stay: a fridge, an iron, a hairdryer, a microwave and a hob, a smart TV, and a comfortable sofa.
