Enjoy your stay! :) ## Logement This beautiful house in Paris is perfect for a unique stay with a countryside atmosphere right in the city.
Designed as a 100 m² loft, this independent house can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to its spacious layout.
Its most incredible feature is a real linden tree growing in the middle of the living room and extending through the roof to bloom outside, bringing a unique atmosphere and natural energy to the space. Please note that the living room floor is raw wood and therefore fragile.
We kindly ask you to take care of it as if it were your own. The main bedroom features a double bed (160x190), ensuring peaceful and comfortable nights.
The living room can also be transformed into a sleeping area thanks to a 140x190 sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The house includes two bathrooms for added convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your meals with an oven and microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine is available for your morning coffee.
You will also find an iron, hairdryer, fan, and Wifi connection for your everyday needs.
A washing machine and dryer are available as well, which is a real advantage for longer stays. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as pets are allowed. You will enjoy the outdoor spaces with a terrace and a private 70 m² garden, a true luxury in Paris during the summer.
This beautiful garden is shared with the second house located in the courtyard. For parking, access is made easier thanks to a nearby public car park (Saemes Mairie du 17ème car park). Ideally located, the house offers a peaceful environment while being set in the charming Batignolles district, known for its village-like atmosphere.
You will also be close to Montmartre and the famous Champs-Élysées. We would be delighted to welcome you to this unique and green Parisian retreat.
