The property is situated in a quiet area and is ideally located for those wishing to enjoy relaxing walks along the seafront, which is just a 4-minute walk away.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small terrace.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, Moka pot, capsule coffee machine, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils), dining table, flat-screen TV, and sofa bed;
- BEDROOM with a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with a raised shower enclosure, washbasin, bidet, and toilet;
- SMALL TERRACE with an awning.
OTHER AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split units in the living room and bedroom), independent heating, washing machine (in the storage closet), iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.

- If guests wish to sleep separately, the sofa bed in the living room can be used.
