Had a great stay here as part of interrailing trip. The host was very helpful and accommodating, particularly with our very early arrival time

Although the host switched up the apartment on us and did not provide any pictures or description of the new apartment, the bedrooms were spacious enough for our needs and the 2 bathrooms were nice. He also provided us with towels and linens as well as other amenities like an iron, hair dryer and a washing machine.

We did not enjoy many things regarding our stay. The host became unresponsive closer to the date of arrival. I received a message from an unknown person through the Holidu app stating our reserved apartment had a technical problem and they were moving us, and then they asked for my banking details to send me a discount. Since I never talked with this person and I certainly wouldn't provide my banking details to a stranger, I tried multiple, multiple times to contact the host through the Holidu app as well as through What's App. All my attempts were ignored. I messaged Holidu Customer Service and the only help they provided was that they would reach out to the host. We had no idea if we even had a place to stay once we got there. The host did not provide check-in details despite my messages of our arrival details. The apartment was clean but there were stains on the walls and a smell that caused allergy flare-ups. Overall, this stay was not what was described and frustrating.

This property wasn't clean, was in a very sketchy area and I reacted very poorly to the odors that permeated the property. The saving grace was that we were able to do some laundry to continue our trip. I would not stay here again.
