Perfect for up to 7 guests, this beautifully presented villa is just a short drive from the Versilia coast and its stunning beaches.
Surrounded by traditional Tuscan landscapes, it's an ideal retreat for those looking to immerse themselves in the region's culture and tranquility. Nestled peacefully on a sun-drenched hillside, the villa is surrounded by cypress trees, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
Guests can enjoy the extensive garden that wraps around the property, ideal for alfresco living.
The front terrace offers comfortable seating, while the rear boasts a BBQ, a charming outdoor dining area, and a gazebo. Inside, the villa's traditional Tuscan design features wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, and large open fireplaces.
The property spans three floors, with a spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and ample dining space. Sleeping arrangements Bedroom 1: The ensuite master bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedrooms 2 & 3: The second and third bedrooms are both arranged on the first floor and are furnished with double beds. Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom is quietly located in the basement and is furnished with a single bed. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, a bidet and a WC. Bathroom 2: The second bathroom, situated on the first floor, is fitted with a jacuzzi bath, a washbasin, a bidet and a WC. Bathroom 3: The third bathroom, situated in the basement is fitted with a shower, washbasin, a bidet and a WC. The property is located in the charming Tuscan village of Nocchi, near the foothills of the Apuan Alps.
The village is set along the banks of the Lombricese River and is characterised by historic stone houses and narrow streets.
The closest restaurant is a 2-minute walk and there is a supermarket a 6-minute drive away. The surrounding countryside offers numerous trails for hiking and nature walks.
The region is also known for its wine production.
Visitors can enjoy wine-tasting tours at nearby vineyards including the Tenuta Adamo Winery which is a 20-minute drive.
